Fireworks suck these days

NIKON D70 - 4 sec, f6.3 at 29mm

When I was a kid fireworks were bloody excellent. They suck these days. The sparklers we got were badly named. they certainly didn't sparkle. They hardly even fizzed. Look at how little sparkle bits there are on that photo.

  • The kids all screamed and shouted for a sparkler, we lit them and they smelled nice.....they were incents!! Yep, what should have been sparklers, from inside a fireworks box, were actually smelly incents! Weird!!
