Think about my naked body on 500 count sheets

I had just poured myself a glass of Famous Grouse and was standing in the living room. I was trying to decide if I should stay and watch some telly with Gabba, or head back to the office and browse a photoblog or 2, or 3 (my latest favs btw).

She was watching Men in Trees. There was some dialog going on while Ann Heche was fixing the shower head in her apartment (I don't know why, I didn't see the rest of the story). She (Anne) said she loved sleeping on her 500 count sheets.

I asked Gabba if we had any 500 count sheets. She told me 300 count sheets are around $300 bucks. Gerald only knows how much 500 counts sheets cost. Bloody hell. I dunno what count sheets we have as there is no way in hell we've paid that much from sheets before. Likely we only have 50 count sheets.

But I'm a man. And I hate buying something when I know there is a more powerful version available. Now all I can think about is how good 500 count might feel against my naked body. Oh yeah, I know what you are thinking about right now!

The Photo

I'm back regularly consuming photoblogs again after a long hiatus. While most of them have adequate photography, it's always the post processing that sets the great ones apart. So I think I'm finally going to put a little more effort into increasing my Potatoshop foo.

So the photo is my favorite piece of tarmac in the whole world, in northern Wisconsin, processed up the gunga with potatoshop.

  • This rocks. I wish NZ had roads that looked that cool. And good work on post keywords - wait until you get hammered by all the visitors searching for 'Ann Heche naked in shower'...*snigger*

  • I knew it wasn't a piece of New Zealand Road, as we would have had the normal "ok to pass" lines on that short straight.

  • Dude, there's no need to fret about this because satin leopard print sheets don't have a thread count.

  • Male friend in the linen business many moons ago, told me I must always by sheets 50/50 or 100 percent cotton, must be over 220 threads per 10 cm. Never noticed any difference on my naked body to any other sheet. Photo real spooky wouldn't like to go down that road.
